Job Summary The Salesforce Excellence Analyst (CRM) will support the Medical Nutrition, Atrium, and Professional Health Sales teams with training and promoting both the Salesforce and Veeva platforms and related advanced technologies. This includes managing system configurations, troubleshooting, upgrades, reporting, and also territory/account setup. The role will also involve training users, maintaining documentation and collaborating with global support teams. The Salesforce Excellence Analyst will also integrate advanced technologies—such as AI, machine learning and automation, to enhance the CRM performance, data insights and commercial execution. Familiarity with integrated tools like Vault, Align, Magento, and JDP is essential. Operating independently, this role will also lead initiatives and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization to drive strategic outcomes. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of our offices within Bridgewater, New Jersey or Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
CRM & Platform Management
Understand and train to Salesforce and Veeva CRM processes within: Pages, Objects, Fields, Lists, Territory & Role Hierarchies, Account Realignments, and User Setup.
Primary contact for CRM support channels (mailbox, chat, and live call chat) and resolve technical issues.
Primary lead for CRM onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams.
Develop and maintain user documentation, technical guides, and training user interface videos.
Data & Reporting
Generate and analyze CRM and Power BI reports to support KPI tracking, business decisions, and CRM team projects.
Collaborate with CRM teammates to assist in data pulling, reporting, and support cross-functional teams to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM platforms.
Translate data into actionable insights, leveraging digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes and stay current with digital trends.
AI & Advanced Technology Integration
Knowledge of AI-driven tools for predictive analytics, territory optimization, and sales forecasting.
Knowledge of machine learning models to enhance CRM data insights and user behavior analysis.
Familiarity with automation tools to streamline CRM workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Knowledge of, and ability to provide chatbot support and sentiment analysis in CRM communications.
Leverage digital tools to enhance delivery, performance, insights, and ensure technology stays at the forefront of industry standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field preferred.
2-3+ years of professional work experience in CRM administration required, using either Salesforce and/or Veeva support or commercial operations.
Strong analytical skills and extensive experience using Excel, Power BI or similar programs.
Experience with integrated platforms such as Vault, Align, Magento and/or JDP.
Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word).
Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and maintain digital fluency with emerging tech and consumer behaviors.
Willingness to adapt to change, schedule flexibility, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on team and business needs.
The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
