Senior Client Executive – Manufacturing (Dallas, TX)
NTT DATA Services is hiring a Senior Client Executive – Manufacturing to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and strategic partnership. The role is based in Dallas, TX and may require travel to Houston and other client sites, with a remote hybrid work option. Job Responsibilities Include
Excel at Client Management, growing and improving client/customer relationships, implementing change, and leveraging technology for competitive advantage. Understand our competitors, their client sponsors, agendas, and counter strategies to displace them. Navigate large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations at C‑level. Create success with P&L of $15 M+ by forecasting and driving growth strategies. Create deals that align with client business objectives and take initiatives from initiation to close. Raise awareness of NTT DATA Services and develop strategic account plans. Collaborate to create innovative solutions and offerings. Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience building, managing, and measuring a full‑cycle virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV > $15 M. Minimum 5 years in the manufacturing industry with knowledge of revenue, margin, and cost drivers. Minimum 5 years selling NTT DATA‑type solutions and IT services to manufacturing clients. Minimum 5 years in Client Management, growing client/customer relationships and leveraging technology. 5 years selling IT services into the manufacturing vertical. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. NTT DATA provides a reasonable compensation range for this remote role: $144,000 – $244,000. Actual pay will depend on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
