Overview Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is looking for a full-time Phone Operator in our Davenport Customer Call Center. Location Davenport, IA 52803. Responsibilities

Process internal and external phone calls to include scheduling appointments for new and established patients, taking messages or paging when indicated, and answering questions regarding CVM's general procedures.

Maintain physician and clinic schedules

Process patient records in practice management system

Perform follow up of Phone Tree appointment reminder and recall reminder calls

What We\'re Looking For Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience in a reception or medical office setting preferred

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Skills & Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in computer technology and comfortable navigating scheduling systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
