The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for greeting the customers as they enter the bank.The CSR is considered the face of the bank and often sets the first impression for those entering the bank. It is important that a CSR is pleasant and welcoming.This person will possess knowledge of bank products and other departments within the bank. The CSR will interact with customers on a daily basis, answer questions about products and services, resolve issues, and build relationships that help maintain long-term customer loyalty. A CSR will work with many different personalities and good communication skills are a must.
