Overview Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. The role will support the Operational Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Sort & organize delay sheets for all warehouse employees by department

Review daily delay sheets, identify issues and work with supervisor to identify priorities and validity

Help to enter approved off standard events into the Labor Management system for each employee everyday

Track employee attendance, reconciliation of clock system and Labor Management

Run reports and check accuracy of data entered. Most data required attention to time and date formats

Qualifications

High school degree

Computer friendly

Attention to detail

Proficient in MS Excel

Organization skills

Able to work as a team

WMS experience is preferred, but not required

Excellent communication skills

Able to handle repetitive work and be self-motivated

Schedule & Location LOCATION:

Riverside, NJ

SCHEDULED WORK HOURS:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm

Hybrid work schedule available after training is completed

3 days in the office

2 days work from home

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
