We are hiring a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant for a face-to-face, customer-facing role based in Chicago. This position involves engaging directly with customers at live events and retail activations, where you will represent our clients, explain products, and support the sales process through in-person interactions. This role is suited to someone confident speaking with customers, enjoys working in fast-paced environments, and is motivated by achieving sales results through high-quality customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Support the sales process by guiding customers through purchasing decisions Engage with customers face-to-face at events, pop-ups, and retail locations Clearly explain products and services and answer customer questions Deliver product demonstrations and share accurate product information Set up and maintain promotional displays at event locations Provide a consistently professional and positive customer experience Work closely with your team to meet daily sales and engagement targets This is a
