What does the role involve?
This placement gives analytical talent the opportunity to drive data‑informed decisions across our Consumer Health business through two rotations: Insights & Analytics rotation Act as an analytical consultant on core business initiatives.
Create and implement dashboards to visualize data effectively, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
Conduct root cause analysis for business challenges, interpreting complex datasets to drive actionable insights
Drive adoption of data tools and reporting systems across commercial teams as a change management specialist, building data literacy and enabling data-driven decision making
Oversee the cataloguing of data usage and reporting, ensuring compliance against governance principles.
Customer Marketing rotation Apply business intelligence to enhance sales and marketing performance.
Support consumer and shopper research projects and translate insights into commercial actions.
Support the evolution of retail media through retail partnerships, driving the growth of our brands both instore and online.
Collect and analyse customer intelligence, with a focus on sustainability and category growth.
Who are we looking for?
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or related) with availability for a Year in Industry placement starting September 2026.
High analytical capability and comfort working with data.
Ability to interpret analysis and present findings clearly to non‑technical audiences.
Naturally curious, eager to learn and ask the right questions.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and great prioritisation/time management.
Logical thinker with an orientation toward process improvement and practical problem solving.
Confident communicator who can tailor messages to different stakeholders.
Collaborative, adaptable and resilient in a changing environment.
