Customer Service Representative — Route & Customer Success. New System | Full-Time | Route-Based (Box Truck).
New System is a family-owned linen rental company serving restaurants and medical/dental partners across the Pacific Northwest. We’re hiring a route-based Customer Service Rep who’s equal parts service pro + relationship builder.

What You’ll Do
Deliver/pick up linens & supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures
Manage customer inventory levels (keep them stocked—not buried)
Use mobile tools to document service, routes, and updates
Handle customer issues professionally (fix what you can, escalate what you can’t)
Identify add-ons that genuinely help customers (mats, paper/soap, aprons, etc.)
Collect payments when needed and keep documentation accurate
Drive safely, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and support our safety culture
You’re a fit if you are
Friendly, organized, and accountable
Comfortable working independently and talking with customers daily
Detail-minded with inventory, paperwork, and follow-through
Requirements
Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving a box truck (training provided)
Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Comfortable using mobile apps daily
Background check + drug screening required for fleet drivers
