Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Logistics / Economics / STEM
Experience: 3+ years in a data analytical role, working with high data volumes, such as FP&A, Controlling, Production Planning, Logistics Planning, Material Planning, Sales Analytics, etc. Nice to have: sectoral experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.3
Skills:
Data analytics: at ease working with high data volume; identifies trends, variations, and reasons for those
Financial reporting: working experience with P&L for a production/e-commerce company
Forecasting/budgeting: experience with financial planning/forecasting
Software:
Advanced Excel; nice-to-have BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
Other software: working experience of ERP (especially Sales, Warehouse, Finance & Accounting modules)
Details The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
Regular reporting:
Sales report: prepare weekly sales & GM report; analysis of variances
Stock coverage report: prepare a weekly analysis of stock coverage
Cashflow file: maintain weekly forecast
Cost review by area: prepare monthly files by dept.; flag deviation from budget & rolling forecast
Financial Planning & Analysis. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses & models; areas:
sales & GM analytics
stock coverage (MRP)
cost analysis
