HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. This is a full-time, remote position with initial training in El Paso and potential occasional travel for team/client meetings, trainings, or technical support. 40 hours per week Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Confer with internal and/or external customers to provide information about products and/or services, process customer requests, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints via phone, email, live chat, social media, or other communication methods. Resolve customer questions and concerns by actively listening, communicating clearly, and ensuring customer understanding. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting customers and resolving a wide variety of inquiries and complaints. Assist with product- or service-related tasks, including order processing, invoicing, researching accounts, order history, handling returns, client program policies, and opening new accounts. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken. Build and maintain business relationships with clients by delivering prompt and accurate service to promote loyalty. Document Adverse Events and Quality Complaints; obtain and examine information to assess validity of complaints and determine possible causes; may make outbound follow-up calls. Mon-Fri 7a-9p EST (5a-7p MST); weekend flexibility required Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and Experience:

HS Diploma or GED; healthcare customer service experience preferred; 2+ years customer service; 1 year health information management or call center experience (preferred/required as indicated below). Qualifications

Language Skills:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and handle problems with several variables in standardized situations Computer/Technical Skills:

Type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy; proficient with Microsoft applications and web-based programs; able to navigate multiple systems and social media channels Other Skills and Abilities:

Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations, multi-task, strong time and process management, and leadership capabilities Other Qualifications:

May require participation in training, self-study, certification, and call monitoring; travel to training sessions may be required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Completion and certification of all program-related training Physical Demands & Work Environment

Pay within the range depends on skills, experience, and education.
