Overview
We are looking for a talented individual who would like to be part of an organization driving hyper-growth and helping existing AWS customers operate on AWS and innovate on our platform. The Enterprise Sales Representative will lead and expand the business with our existing customer base, create and execute the account strategy, and lead the extended team to help the customer achieve growth targets and AWS achieve increased revenue and service growth. The role requires building and nurturing senior-level relationships with complex customers, a hands-on approach to developing new opportunities, technical understanding of public cloud, and experience leading a large team of extended resources. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth across accounts of all sizes. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies to deliver world-class support. The AWS Industries team helps industry customers enable their digital transformation and focuses on business outcomes and industry use cases in product development, selling, delivery, and partnerships. Key job responsibilities
Teaming with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales. Building relationships across an account with creative systems thinking, visioning, and execution via collaboration with an extended team to address customer needs. Selling at the most senior level (C-level) within the account and implementing a broad strategy for gaining customer acceptance and AWS service implementation. Collaborating with appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests while balancing AWS business needs; dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration. 7+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience Bachelor\'s degree or above Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations or equivalent Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) Experience working with customers in the Financial Services or Fintech industry EEO and Accommodations
