Job Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems. Handle high volumes of data entry with speed and precision. Support the logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry. Track and resolve issues related to shipments and data discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices. Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations. Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Superior interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build trust and connect with teammates on a personal level.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional education in data management or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a data entry, tracking, or administrative support role preferred.
