The Rewards Specialist will process daily digital rewards redemptions via email and Astro submission as well as physical coupons, vouchers, frequent buyer cards, and consumer return forms from all Distribution Center locations.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
4 days in office, 1 day work from home per week
What You’ll Be Doing
Sort physical forms and create digital backup documentation, key specific fields in the Digital File Manager program
Process invoices for coupons, frequent buyer, consumer returns, and employee feed credits by brand and customer via data entry from physical or digital backup documentation
Process Astro submissions, troubleshoot dropped lines, and review batch credits
Communicate daily with retailers, vendors, and interdepartmentally via email and occasionally over the phone to problem‑solve and support all forms of Rewards processing
Maintain high data‑entry focus, understand and execute vendor guidelines, identify coupon discrepancies and fraudulent submissions using supporting documentation
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior data entry experience a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
