Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays as needed for events or group functions What Youll Do
As a
dual-property Sales & Event Coordinator , youll manage sales and event activities for both hotels, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute group bookings and on-site events from start to finish Set up and break down meeting and event spaces (tables, chairs, room layouts) Communicate with clients via phone and email to manage event details and rooming lists Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards Create and post social media content to promote events and offerings Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing Strong computer skills; experience with
Marriott/FOSSE
and
Hilton/PEP
