Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing large accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements. Compensation Package
Salary Range : $75,000 - $100,000 annually Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Quote new and renewal business, collaborating with carriers and underwriters. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members. Provide white-glove service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system. Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems. Soft Skills : Professionalism and accountability. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting team success. Confidence and a positive attitude.
Work Environment : Primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements.
