We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Relationship Banker to manage and grow relationships with established middle-market businesses. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business and commercial banking expertise, is fully credit trained, and can independently structure and underwrite complex commercial transactions. This is a fully on-site, relationship-driven role that emphasizes community involvement, professional networking, and collaboration with attorneys, CPAs, and other trusted advisors. The right professional demonstrates long-term career stability, a strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of commercial banking relationships
Source new business through community engagement, networking, and professional referrals
Structure, analyze, and present commercial credit opportunities in partnership with credit teams
Deepen client relationships through deposits, treasury management, and additional banking solutions
Collaborate with internal partners across credit, treasury, and wealth management
Deliver a high standard of service while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and consistent follow-through in client management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in commercial or business banking
Strong credit training with hands-on underwriting and deal structuring experience
Proven ability to grow loans, deposits, and treasury relationships
Bilingual proficiency required
Demonstrated career stability and high ethical standards
Experience within mid-sized or large banking institutions preferred
Active community involvement and established professional network
Domestic commercial banking experience required
