TEKsystems is hiring onsite entry level mail clerks for a large mortgage company in Palm Harbor, FL. If you have reliable transportation, 3+ years of customer service experience, and can start within two weeks, email your resume to rsison@teksystems.com. Interviews are first come, first served.
Job Details Job Title: File Clerk Hours: M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Start date: 02/16/2025 (3‑month project, may become permanent).
Compliance Drug test required.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and basic computer skills.
Previous experience in document processing, paperwork filing, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Open files and prepare documents for scanning by removing staples and organizing in chronological order.
Scan documents with high accuracy to ensure quality.
Process documents quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Shred confidential documents securely.
Open and sort incoming mail.
Interview Details One virtual interview (15 minutes) with the recruiter and one final round with the hiring manager (30 minutes), all via Microsoft Teams.
