* The candidate should be based in Pleven, Lovech or Veliko Tarnovo. * Assigned territories/regions: North Bulgaria - Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Lovech, Gabrovo, Sevlievo, Vidin, Vratsa, Montana. Responsibilities

Regularly visiting pharmacies and dermatologists in the designated territory, according to the agreed frequency of visits and the pharmacy categorization. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dermatologists in the designated territory and their training, as well as for the positioning and sale of the Eucerin and Hansaplast brands. Implementing and controlling all marketing and sales activities of the Eucerin and Hansaplast brands in the designated territory to achieve the set goals: market share and sales. Achieving the company\'s short-term, medium-term and long-term goals in accordance with corporate rules. Providing objective, accurate and correct information about the clinical characteristics, primarily of Eucerin products. Building partnership relations with pharmacy employees and their motivation to offer Eucerin products. Positioning Eucerin, according to the pharmacy category, as well as monitoring the sales of the pharmacy itself. Training of pharmacy consultants. Representing BDF at all relevant events (pharmacist meetings, dermatologist meetings, fairs, etc.). Regularly monitoring all sales channels that affect the effectiveness of distributors, and monitoring competitors\' activities, as well as regularly reporting to the business unit manager. Regular reports of visits, as well as the situation in each pharmacy through agreed reports (Daily and monthly reports including overview of visits to doctors and pharmacies, presence and activities of competitors, POS materials, pharmacy supplies, categorization of pharmacies). Acts in accordance with local regulations, internal acts, processes and company standards. Other tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications

Education: Medical related university degree, or Business related university degree with understanding of pharma business. Driver\'s license. Sound understanding of business-related topics. Digital skills: good MS-Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint); online platforms for meetings (Teams, Zoom); understanding of social media. Languages: good command of spoken and written English. Independence in work. Professionalism. Proactivity, personal initiative, ambition. Desire for professional development. Communication skills. Good organizational skills. Results orientation.
