Survitec, the world’s leading survival technology company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Wearables division in North Kingstown RI, USA. This is a newly created role with a clear purpose: supporting our customer network and helping ensure life-saving equipment reaches those who need it most.
As a Customer Service Representative at Survitec, you won’t just process orders - you’ll be a trusted partner to our customers involved in the entire customer journey, from first quotation to after-sales support, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution-focused.
You will collaborate with international teams and customers, supporting a direct role in protecting lives across all energy sectors throughout the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering advanced product information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
Maintaining accurate customer data to support business growth.
Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
Performing additional duties as required by management.
About You 1-3 years of general work experience with comprehensive job-related customer service and administration experience.
It is important that you are customer- and user-oriented and are able to keep updated on markets, products, and customers related to the defined product portfolio. You will also be responsible for technical tender responses for projects within the defined product area.
