They will optimize small business renewals through managing the small business renewal process and nurturing client relationships. This position must meet sales, service, and quality standards adopted by the agency.# MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)1. Service Commercial Lines Book of Business* Endorsements* Billing/payments (invoice transactions, record payments, prepare finance agreements)* Claims* Create new/renewal business submissions* Loss runs (create letters, order loss runs / obtain/order experience modifiers)* Gather & help complete supplemental applications & supporting documentation* Issue certificates, evidence of insurance, auto id cards and binders* Check and mail out policies* Create proposals for agent- if needed* Cancellation tracking and processing (pending and cancelled)* Audit tracking* Bond2. Remarkets3. Quote account rounds for existing CL business4. Keep up with carrier updates and underwriting information* High School diploma or GED equivalent* College degree preferred* Industry knowledge preferred* Obtain and maintain applicable licensing* Insurance designation preferred* Proficient in PC operating systems- Applied Epic* Proficient Microsoft office* Knowledge of and experience with Carrier websites* Knowledge of and experience with Comparative rater websites #J-18808-Ljbffr
