We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to develop new business opportunities with law firms throughout Florida. You\'ll consult with attorneys, paralegals, and other law firm staff on how our services can be of value to their cases and clients. We are looking for someone who can search for and identify opportunities, generate new relationships, and strategically foster deeper connections with existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who already has existing connections in Florida\'s personal injury legal community, although not a requirement. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new law firm clients throughout Florida. Build and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff Generate revenue opportunities from both new and existing clients but with a heavier focus on new firms. Travel to and attend various legal association events, conferences, and networking functions throughout Florida and potentially in other locations in the U.S. Represent Abacus Analytics with professionalism in all client interactions, embodying our core values. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM to identify best practices and develop our sales strategies. Daily Execution

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Execute multi-touch outreach sequences to generate new discovery meetings Research and identify target law firms and key decision-makers Follow up with prospects through multiple communication channels Leverage existing network to generate referrals and introductions Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and new leads Expertise and Qualifications

If you can do the work, you can do the job. That said, we realize we likely need someone with the following so that they can hit the ground running: 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling professional services to law firms or within the legal/medical industry. Proven track record of new business development and consistently meeting/exceeding quotas and objectives. Self-motivated, disciplined, and experienced working independently in a remote environment. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate client needs into business value. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience and proficient with data analysis, Excel/GoogleSheets, and sales technology and productivity applications (ie. Zoom, AI tools, CRMs, etc.) Florida-based with reliable transportation and ability to travel within the state for client meetings and events as needed. Existing relationships within Florida\'s personal injury legal community is strongly preferred. Understanding of the personal injury litigation process, medical records, and billing concepts is preferred. Prior experience selling expert witness, litigation support, or legal technology services is a plus. What Does Success Look Like

FIRST 30 Days : Learn our services, methodology, and competitive positioning. Shadow client calls and begin working your target account list. FIRST 90 Days : Launch outreach campaigns, generate discovery meetings, and attend industry events representing Abacus Analytics. FIRST Year : Establish a consistent rhythm of prospecting activity, build a robust and predictable pipeline, and close new law firms who become long-term and repeat clients. Compensation & Benefits
