Culligan Water is searching for an energetic, positive, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to support our Boise location. In this role you will assist customers with various requests via phone, email, and in person, communicate with other employees, departments and dealerships, and provide assistance to support company-wide goals to exceed customers’ expectations. Assist customers with various requests via phone, email, and in person; respond to inquiries and resolve issues when possible. Communicate with other employees, departments and dealerships to coordinate service and support company-wide goals. Support billing: payments, invoices and collections.
