What You’ll Do:

As an Assistant, you will support the Client Services function by helping drive billups’ business forward, nurturing client and partner relationships, and collaborating closely with Account Executive(s), Account Manager(s), Senior Account Manager(s), and Account Director(s). You will assist with daily servicing support, contribute to OOH planning and delivery, coordinate internal and external communication, and help ensure operational excellence across client work, campaigns, and administrative tasks.

What you'll bring:

0–1 years of experience with a commercial mindset and willingness to develop growing knowledge of the OOH media landscape.

Ability to support daily client and partner servicing, proactively managing requests, expectations, KPIs, and contributing to growing client and agency business.

Capability to assist in developing and converting new business opportunities, helping establish target plans, secure meetings with prospects, and collaborate with Client Development colleagues.

Skills in supporting supplier relationships and assisting with the development, execution, booking, activation, and reporting of industry-leading OOH planning and media campaigns.

Ability to maintain accurate business planning, forecasting, shared file drive management, and consistent operational delivery through templates, guidelines, tools, and systems.

Salary Details:

$45,000.00-55,000.00

The pay range and total target compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, your relevant experience/level, experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other billups employees. billups is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.

Note: We don't typically hire at the top of the range.
