Your role As a
Sales Engineer , you are responsible for developing I-care’s customer base in
East and West Flanders . You combine strong commercial skills with an interest in technical solutions (full technical expertise is not required).
After an extensive onboarding and training program, you will:
Manage and grow a regional customer portfolio
Prospect new clients and identify commercial opportunities
Understand customers’ business challenges and translate them into I-care solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right value proposition
Build long‑term customer relationships and guide clients throughout the sales cycle
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth
Your profile
Higher education in
business, economics, marketing or a related field
1–5 years of experience
in B2B sales, account management or business development
Strong commercial drive, autonomous working style and result‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Interest in technology or industrial environments
Fluent in
Dutch and English
(French is a plus)
