Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client who is seeking an experienced
Senior Non‑Profit Recruiter
on a CONTRACT basis. This position is fully REMOTE, but only candidates in the Southeast will be considered.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline
Develop strong sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements
Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with leadership team
Input accurate information in the ATS and ensure compliance
Identify process improvements
Represent company values and mission to candidates
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in non‑profit or mission‑driven organizations
Must be able to recruit for soft skills as well as specific job requirements
Must be able to work 8:00 a – 5:00 p
Pacific Time Zone
Must possess strong time‑management and organizational skills
Must have strong sourcing skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS programs
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
