Description Key Responsibilities of a Lead Superintendent | Multifamily Construction | Houston
Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field teams, inspections, safety compliance, and daily jobsite operations. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address delays or issues. Ensure all work meets quality standards, code requirements, and project specifications. Partner closely with the Project Manager and broader team to maintain communication, solve problems, and drive successful outcomes. Oversee site logistics, materials procurement, and workflow sequencing. Uphold and enforce project safety programs and jobsite procedures. Deliver completed projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. Profile
A Successful Lead Superintendent | Multifamily Construction | Houston Extensive ground‑up multifamily construction experience, ideally as a lead superintendent. Strong field leadership skills with the ability to mentor and direct field teams. Proven success in independently managing full project lifecycles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both in the field and with internal teams. Adaptability, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive approach to resolving jobsite challenges. Local Houston project experience is preferred, though not required. Job Offer
