We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our

Global Private Credit Syndicate

team, which sits within J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). J.P. Morgan is a market‑leading provider of private credit financing solutions, partnering with private credit managers that primarily manage first‑lien unitranche portfolios. The role sits at the center of the execution and syndication of private credit financing risk, with primary responsibility for executing syndication transactions, managing investor relationships, and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate can work independently, take ownership of processes end‑to‑end, and operate comfortably in a fast moving, client‑facing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Run syndication processes for private credit financing transactions from launch through allocation and close

Act as day‑to‑day quarterback, coordinating across origination, trading, legal, and client coverage teams

Prepare and manage marketing materials, data rooms, investor outreach, and feedback tracking

Assist trading and structuring with ratings agency engagement and diligence process

Interface directly with institutional investors, responding to diligence questions and managing ongoing communication

Support pricing, structuring, and risk distribution decisions in partnership with senior team members

Track market dynamics, investor appetite, and transaction outcomes to inform future execution

Manage multiple live transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and execution quality

Independently own and run syndication processes end‑to‑end with limited supervision, while appropriately escalating key risk or decisions as needed

2‑5 years of experience, ideally at the associate level

Background in investment banking, capital markets, private credit, structured credit, or related roles

Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and transaction mechanics

Demonstrated ability to operate independently in complex, fast‑moving deal environments, exercising strong judgment around when to elevate

Excellent client‑facing and communication skills – comfortable interacting with senior internal and external counterparties

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize under tight timelines
