The Difference You Will Make The Property Management team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community.

Responsibilities

Provide information about the community and model home to potential residents.

Present information about choices and the resident living experience.

Bring sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to effectively close the sale of available units and positively impact revenue generation at the site.

Take prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.

Assist with new lease applications and related processes and coordinate the renewal lease process for current residents.

Follow up on resident questions and concerns and support all customer service efforts at the community.

Support the aesthetics of the community by maintaining tour path and assisting with upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.

Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork, strong interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to learn fair housing regulations.

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
