Role Description This is a full or part-time Real Estate Agent located in Sussex County offices in Georgetown, DE, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property evaluations, and marketing and advertising properties. The Real Estate Agent will also conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' values and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property knowledge
Sales and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital technologies
Valid Delaware Real estate license
Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is a plus
