Role Description The Benefits Specialist will oversee and manage employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The role involves providing detailed information about benefit programs, supporting employee enrollment, managing records, and liaising with benefits providers. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance with relevant regulations.
Proficiency in managing benefits records, enrollment systems, and working with third-party benefits providers.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to assist and guide employees effectively.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including HRIS and benefits management platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience as a Benefits Specialist or in a similar human resources role is an asset.
