Architectural Designer

to join their close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on luxury senior living communities and gain broad, hands-on experience in all phases of the design process. You\'ll start by working directly alongside a Project Manager, receiving mentorship and exposure that will fast-track your growth into more senior roles—something larger firms simply can’t offer. What You\'ll Do

Design Development, Production & Documentation (Approx. 55%) Assist in early design phases: conceptual, schematic, and design development Produce accurate models, drawings, and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools Collaborate with the team to develop materials, refine concepts, and enhance detailing Construction Documentation (Approx. 35%) Develop construction drawings and technical details that meet regulatory and accessibility standards Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, ADA/Fair Housing, and sustainability requirements Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from clients, consultants, and agencies Attend client meetings and contribute to project reporting and communication Construction Support (Approx. 5%) Support permitting and local compliance processes Join construction site visits and meetings to uphold quality and design integrity Why This Firm?
