
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify loan information on the core system aligns with appropriate e-file loan documents for accuracy.
Generate and monitor reports, resolve exceptions according to department procedures, and maintain thorough documentation of all decisions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage loan product characteristics and apply accordingly to identify incorrect information and communicate any mapping, training or operational issues to supervisor.
Accurately interpret and apply applicable government regulations and bank guidelines (RESPA, Reg Z, Homeowners Protection Act, HMDA, HO, Ohio Revised Code, etc.) to all related functions of the position.
Analyze and review retail loan products (mortgage and home equity) according to the corporate compliance checklist and resolve identified exceptions.
Enlist appropriate stakeholders to provide information required to complete the mortgage loan file.
Develop, monitor and assess test plans and report for daily tasks.
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 Years of mortgage experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel to headquarters in Newark, Ohio (or Zanesville) for department meetings required.
SCHEDULE Typical office hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. This position is hourly, non-exempt, and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, this position will require 40+ hours per week.
