913.343.5762 CALL/TEXT****You will process orders for industrial, medical and specialty gases as well as welding and safety equipment, power and hand tools and other products/supplies requested by telephone from call-in customers and associates.In particular, you will: * Answer incoming telephone calls and provide a variety of services to customers, including assisting customer identify product needs and placing orders.* Efficient and accurate entry of customer orders, edits orders received for accurate pricing and codes.* Research products with vendors, including pricing and availability details.* Work with internal customers (account managers, branch store operations, distribution, etc) to resolve customer order conflicts.* Maintains clean open order and backorder report.## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_## * High school diploma or equivalent (GED).* 2+ years product and/or sales experience.* Proficient with data entry.
