Job Overview

Duties

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure company standards are met.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation through upselling services.
Maintain accurate filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and tenant records.
Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all tenants.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repair requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is required.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to resolve disputes amicably.
Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office experience.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for maintaining tenant relationships.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts and agreements.
