Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, provide support, and resolve concerns professionally Insurance knowledge to understand policies, coverage options, and industry standards Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and collaboration with team members Account Management and Sales skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and support company growth Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools is preferred Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and work-from-home responsibilities Previous experience in an insurance or service-focused role is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable
