Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Energy Consultant at WindMar Solar + Roofing. The role is based in Ponce, with opportunities to work from home some of the time. The Energy Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, conducting energy assessments, and helping clients adopt solar power and energy solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, recommending customized energy solutions, staying updated on the energy industry, and driving sales by building strong relationships with potential customers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Consulting and the Energy Industry
Knowledge of Energy Management and Energy practices
Strong Sales skills and the ability to handle client relationships effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience in renewable energy, solar systems, or related industries is a significant advantage
Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred
