Overview
RFIC / Analog-Mixed Signal IC Designer to join a growing IC design team working on next-generation high-performance silicon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience in RF and mixed-signal circuit design, working alongside senior designers from concept through silicon validation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and simulation of RF and analog/mixed-signal circuits, such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, TIAs, ADC/DAC blocks, biasing and reference circuits
Perform schematic design, simulation, and analysis (noise, linearity, stability, PVT, Monte Carlo)
Support layout review and parasitic-aware simulation in collaboration with layout engineers
Participate in chip bring-up, lab measurements, and silicon debug
Document designs, simulation results, and measurement data
Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, and test
Required Qualifications
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and RF principles
Familiarity with CMOS/BiCMOS technologies
Experience with EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, or similar)
Understanding of device physics, noise, matching, and stability concepts
Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
