We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a strong foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions and gaining consistent, hands on experience with buyers throughout Orange County. This opportunity is designed as a clear stepping stone toward becoming a producing Buyer Agent, with structure, daily activity standards, and support that lead to long term and predictable growth. In this opportunity, you will support property showings, assist with client communication, and manage follow up while learning each stage of the real estate sales process. You will work closely with experienced agents and team leaders who provide guidance, proven systems, and hands on mentorship, giving you real exposure to how production focused agents operate successfully. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ This opportunity is a strong fit for motivated professionals who want to plug into proven models, strengthen core skills, and learn strategies that support consistent results in real estate. Responsibilities

Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Lead generation Real estate sales Buyer lead follow-up Set appointments Execute appointments Sales scripts mastery Qualifications

Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Can spend a large amount of time driving Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision A real estate license is required Sales experience Working Rights in the USA Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation
