Job Description We are seeking a
Temporary Senior Recruiter
to join Baker Tilly and support our experienced‑hire recruiting team. This role will partner with hiring leaders, manage full life‑cycle recruitment, and source top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for experienced hires
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
Three (3)+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required, five (5)+ years preferred
Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
The compensation range for this role is $34.21 to $64.84. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
