Job Responsibilities
Oversee interpretation of loan documents for accurate and timely servicing
Lead a team of loan servicing specialists, driving performance and improvement
Resolve issues using advanced conflict management skills
Guide loan servicing operations with strategic planning aligned to firm goals
Mentor and develop future leaders within the team
Equip team members with skills, resources, and support for success
Maintain performance metrics and enforce quality control
Build and maintain servicing frameworks for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae products
Identify and implement process improvements
Collaborate with WLS and commercial real estate teams on operational readiness
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
7+ years of experience managing loan servicing operations
Proven leadership in financial services, driving performance and improvement
Advanced conflict management skills for resolving complex issues
Strategic planning expertise in lending services
Effective time management and multitasking skills
Experience mentoring and developing future leaders
Strong leadership, motivation, and coaching abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficient knowledge of mortgage products, lending, and real estate compliance
Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Strong organizational skills for high-volume, fast-paced environments
Proficiency in developing quantitative reports for performance analysis
Experience managing multiple teams and managers
Expertise in timely group delivery and execution of daily controls, meeting KPI targets
Agency product experience
Strategy software knowledge
