Sales Reporting Specialist
to support a large, established organization within the utilities sector. This position supports alternative channel and partnership initiatives by coordinating operational workflows, performance reporting, and partner engagement activities. The role provides an opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners while contributing to the execution and optimization of business development programs at scale. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordination point for assigned alternative channel partners, including retail partnerships, referral networks, home services alliances, and technology partners. Support partner onboarding processes, including documentation collection, contract routing, compliance validation, and operational setup. Maintain partnership calendars, meeting cadences, project trackers, and communication logs to ensure alignment and execution accuracy. Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Compliance, and Data Analytics teams. Pull, analyze, and monitor partner performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales volume, channel performance, and customer acquisition costs. Prepare recurring dashboards, scorecards, and internal partner health summaries for leadership and stakeholder review. Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities based on performance data and market insights. Maintain documentation repositories, SOPs, partnership playbooks, and compliance artifacts with a high degree of accuracy. Draft partner-facing and internal communications, meeting agendas, recaps, and action-item follow-ups. Coordinate issue resolution and escalation paths between partners and internal teams to support SLA adherence. Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in account coordination, channel operations, business development support, or partner management within utilities, energy, technology, telecom, or B2B services. Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, .com or e-commerce platforms, and marketing communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint. Experience analyzing data and producing structured reports, dashboards, or performance summaries. Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Experience supporting partnership programs, indirect sales channels, or alternative business development models. Exposure to regulated or large enterprise environments, including contract documentation and compliance-driven processes.
