You MUST be able to do ALL the following from start to finish:
Place Recruitment Ads on Various Employment Platforms
Go Through Various Resumes and bring Out the Quality Candidates
Phone Interview the Best Talent
Do Zoom Interviews with the Best Talent
Run Background Checks on Qualified People with an intent to hire
Get Employment Offers Signed Off on by New Personnel
