Job Descriptions
Design, develop, and review architectural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Prepare 3D renderings and presentations for clients.
Work with clients to develop and refine project designs.
Review construction documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Prepare bid proposals and cost estimation documents.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Research and recommend innovative materials, systems, and construction techniques.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Negotiate design changes and modifications with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
Skills / Qualifications
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
Ability to prepare and review construction documents and bid proposals.
Experience with cost estimation and basic project budgeting.
Strong coordination skills when working with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Ability to communicate design intent clearly to clients and project teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
1-3 years of experience
