
Overview
We're looking to speak to Freelance Senior Strategists based in either NYC or LA to shape the strategic vision behind retail environments, store standards, and in-store storytelling for a global agency.
Over the course of 6-8 weeks, you will define how products, spaces, and narratives come together to create cohesive, engaging experiences across both seasonal campaigns and evergreen executions. You will collaborate closely with design and regional teams to ensure strategy translates into impactful, consistent retail experiences.

What We’re Looking For We want to speak to a Senior-level or Director-level Strategist who has experience driving experiential, activation and/or retail projects.
Your key responsibilities will be across product presentation, zoning, in-store storytelling, customer journeys and key touch points across the retail environment. You\'ll develop scalable frameworks that work across multiple store formats and sizes, seasonal campaigns and always-on (365) execution, and you\'ll partner with design teams to translate strategy into clear, actionable standards.
Supporting the evolution of store standards and presentation fundamentals, including signage strategy, presentation hierarchy and prioritisation is important here, and a strong background in fashion and/or sports retail would be advantageous!
