The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires strong sales expertise, in-depth knowledge of international air freight sales & operations, and proven success in building sustainable business pipelines. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand air freight business in theMassachusettsregion. Build, manage, and retain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Manage client accounts and provide tailored freight solutions to meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with IATA, TSA, and all relevant regulatory guidelines. Leverage existing backup business networks to bring in immediate and sustainable revenue. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to adapt strategies. Represent Svojas Freight Solutions Inc. at industry events and networking opportunities. Requirements:- US Citizen/Green Card Holder (authorization to work in the USA required). 5–10 years of proven experience in air freight sales and business development. Must have an existing backup business/client base. DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) Certified. Strong knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
