Candidates who reside or will reside in the following locations are eligible for this role: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, and Washington State.

Key Responsibilities We are expanding our DTC strategy beyond checkout by creating compelling reasons for players to choose Direct-to-Consumer options. With our payment solutions providing a strong foundation for checkout and payments, we are now focused on building the value layer that sits on top—loyalty, rewards, referrals, VIP engagement, and community-driven sales reach. This Product Manager will define and deliver the systems that complement our payment solutions, deepen player value in DTC channels, and create a consistent, high-quality experience that studios can adopt across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the DTC product vision across loyalty, rewards, referrals, VIP, and community activation.

Own the end-to-end product roadmap, from ideation through launch, optimization and ongoing maintenance

Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Partner with studios, engineering, payment solutions, data, and UI/UX to ship features that improve DTC engagement, retention, and revenue.

Develop player progression and value frameworks that reward long-term engagement across our direct channels.

Lead cross-team alignment around launches, KPIs, and integration requirements for DTC-enabled features.

Identify opportunities for future expansion, including cross-portfolio loyalty, shared wallet, and unified player identity systems.

Ensure smooth integration with payment solutions and develop complementary features that enhance the overall DTC checkout and value experience.

Provide stakeholders with insights into product performance, player behavior, and market opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning consumer-facing platforms, growth systems, or monetization-adjacent products.

Strong ability to translate business strategy into product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from concept and execution through launch and in-life optimization.

Commercial and analytical expertise, including building business cases, defining KPIs, and evaluating ROI.

Ability to influence without authority and align multiple teams and studios around shared objectives.

Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate vision, tradeoffs, and performance to diverse stakeholders.

Tripledot provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this US based position is $105,000 to $135,000. Base compensation at Tripledot is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and depending on the position offered and other forms of compensation provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
