You’ll lead and develop a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize top-of-funnel growth, while also designing and refining the frameworks that drive that success. Collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders to shape top-of-funnel programs that drive measurable impact. Conducting regular 1:1s and team coaching sessions to drive accountability, skill development, and career growth. Aligning outbound prospecting efforts with marketing campaigns, messaging, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs). Leveraging CRM and sales engagement tools to analyze performance, optimize workflows, and improve predictability of results. Partnering with sales leadership to ensure smooth hand-offs of qualified opportunities and strong collaboration between teams. Championing a culture of experimentation and iteration, using data and feedback to evolve our approach and scale best practices. What You Need to Get the Job Done
