Akkodis is seeking a
Consultant
for a
Contract
with a client in
Austin, TX . The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CAPM Java development, along with designing CDS-based data models and building end-to-end services on SAP BTP.
Responsibilities
Design and develop robust data models using CDS, create optimized CQLs, and deploy solutions to HANA database.
Build scalable services using CAPM (Java) and ensure seamless integration within SAP BTP environments.
Configure and utilize SAP BTP components such as Destinations, Connectivity, XSUAA, Event Mesh, Job Schedulers, and MTA.
Lead SAP BTP cloud deployment and DevOps processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant releases.
Conduct solution design walkthroughs, evaluate alternative approaches, and present pros/cons to stakeholders.
Develop and secure applications using App Router, UI5 technologies, and modern authentication/authorization frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5–8 years of experience in SAP development with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP, CAPM (Java), CDS modeling, and UI5.
Proven ability to design end-to-end cloud solutions using SAP BTP services, including XSUAA, Destinations, Connectivity, Event Mesh, Job Schedulers, and MTA.
Strong experience with SAP BTP cloud deployment, DevOps processes, and conducting solution walkthroughs with clear articulation of design options, pros, and cons.

Pay Details $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
