We’re seeking a Brand Manager with CPG experience to support a leading food company committed to delivering high-quality fresh and frozen products. This role is based on-site in Greeley, Colorado, and involves developing and executing strategic brand and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
Manage relationships with agency partners by monitoring campaign performance and providing strategic guidance for continuous improvement.
Develop and communicate insights from campaign analysis to internal teams and leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing plans that support broader brand and commercial strategies.
Oversee creative and influencer initiatives, including developing briefs, reviewing content, and reporting on performance metrics.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital paid media performance.
Must have CPG experience and owning end to end Paid Media campaigns
Proven ability to analyze media data and optimize campaigns independently from day one.
Strong understanding of social media platform best practices, content strategies, and audience targeting.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, datasets) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling stories and presentations for diverse audiences.
