
Overview
Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, a New York-based multidisciplinary studio working across high end hospitality, residential, cultural, and commercial projects, is looking for an FF&E designer to join the interiors team. An emphasis on high end residential work is required together with experience in styling. Responsibilities
Take full ownership of FF&E design from concept through installation for assigned projects Lead sourcing, specification, and documentation of furniture, lighting, textiles, and finishes Prepare FF&E presentations, material boards, and specification packages for internal and client review Coordinate with vendors to gather pricing, samples, and lead times Track orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely installations Develop custom furniture drawings and oversee furniture fabrication with vendors Curate installation and styling of projects Maintain and organize the materials library, vendor records, and internal documentation Manage FF&E schedules, control books, and procurement tracking in coordination with project teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field 8+ years of professional experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and cultural projects Based in New York City and available to work in the office full-time Strong knowledge of FF&E design standards, sourcing, and procurement processes Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Familiarity with specification software; Rhino or Revit experience is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Comfortable working independently and managing timelines across multiple projects Experience working collaboratively within design teams Compensation and Benefits
